An ear of corn was crossing the street and was hit by a car. The paramedics rushed him to the hospital and he was sent immediately to surgery. His family was notified and upon arriving at the hospital they met with the chief surgeon.
“How is our son!” Cried the mother.
“Well,” Said the surgeon, trying to break the news gently. “We did everything we could but your son will remain a vegetable for the rest of his life.”
