Yesterday Leif and I finished watching season 2 of Hell’s Kitchen. We were on the edge of our seats at the moment the winner was announced, and extremely satisfied our favorite contestant won. Whoo-hoo!
Then, after watching all the cooking, we decided to go make a mess ourselves. Not Gordon Ramsey good, but as we both enjoy cooking, we were satisfied. We had peppered pork loin medallions, rosemary red potatoes with onions and colored bell peppers drizzled in olive oil and bacon fat (yummmm, baaaacon), and carrots and parsnips. As usual I was so excited about eating I forgot all about taking photos.
